Join Our Growing Team! We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Reno office. The role involves providing leadership, mentoring, and training for less experienced staff, with responsibilities spanning technical work, project management, marketing, or business development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Make major design recommendations and decisions with minimal input from senior staff; plan design work by discipline for projects of all sizes; review junior staff correspondence; participate in quality control; contribute to leadership within our Technical Operations Team.
- Analyze technical problems, write reports, and provide technical assistance on field issues, including site visits.
- Serve as Project Manager on large or multiple smaller projects, identify prospective clients, assist in marketing, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations.
- Must demonstrate leadership traits, mastery of mechanical engineering, mentoring ability, final quality control skills, and excellent communication skills in oral and written form.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer license.

Compensation and Benefits:Salary range: $110,000 - 115,000, with variations based on experience and location. Benefits include bonuses, stock options, health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
