Site Agent in South West London

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Site Agent to join our successful Structures division, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across London, with a particular focus on underground structures and concrete packages. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the safe and efficient delivery of works, ensuring all activities align with the Structures work package plan and programme timelines. This is a full time, permanent position based in London.

The duties of the Site Agent role will include:

-Working alongside the Project Manager to maintain and update the contract programme

-Planning, coordinating, and implementing day-to-day work activities in line with project timelines

-Ensuring all works are delivered in full compliance with FM Conway\’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies

-Implementing and managing planned works, including the distribution of safe systems of work (site inductions, daily briefings, task assignments, risk reviews, and toolbox talks)

-Reviewing and ensuring subcontractor compliance through pre-start meetings, documentation, and meeting minutes prior to site commencement

-Coordinating all required plant, equipment, materials, and consumables for project delivery

What skills and experience do you need?

We are seeking an operationally focused Site Agent with proven experience in highway infrastructure or structural works. The ideal candidate will have strong site management expertise, along with a solid understanding of confined spaces and temporary works. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and a full UK driving licence are essential for this role.
