This role supports our largest Business unit, we work in the office Monday – Friday. Track and analyze individual, team, and division revenue and provide early warning signs of potential risks and also provide structural insight on good performance Process management of development, implementation and tracking of Key Performing Index Manage multiple peripheral datasets related to job function Collect relevant data from various sources within and outside organization including proprietary system and 3rd Party partners Identify and communicate with each stakeholders and resolve any pending issues to ensure payout by target dates Support data operation initiatives as directed by manager Provide ad hoc reports when needed Qualifications: Fluent and Bi-lingual in both Korean and English Must be proficient in excel as well as experience in data manipulation to gain deeper analytical insight Minimum 1-2 years of data analysis of large data set and/or data management (experience in both is preferred) Working knowledge of Tableau desktop and Tableau data prep is a plus Experience working in SQL not required but a plus Previous experience at a manufacturer with heavy reliance on sales channel a plus Comfortable working with minimal direction, able to produce reports aligned with management\’s need Superior organization skills and ability to juggle changing priorities Recruiting Range: $68,000 – $75,000 Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
