Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Midlands Rural Housing.

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Communications Assistant – Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing and communications. You’ll support the communications and engagement manager in creating and delivering internal and external communication campaigns, improving brand awareness, and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Help create engaging written, graphic and video content for internal and external communication campaigns across a wide range of channels, currently including LinkedIn, Facebook, email newsletters, Rural Housing Association websites and internal newsletters.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the organisation’s social media accounts – LinkedIn and Facebook – including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and exploring new channels to increase customer engagement.
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Analyse and report on campaigns and communications performance metrics, to measure success and recommend improvements, using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Customer Feedback: Create online surveys, review and feedback on results.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with Midlands Rural Housing brand guidelines and tone of voice. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all communications.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest and emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms (desirable). Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines (desirable). Basic understanding of social media platforms.

Personal Qualities: A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas. Comfortable engaging with internal teams, external customers and online audiences. A desire to continuously improve and take the initiative to learn. A commitment to attend work and contribute effectively in all aspects of the apprenticeship.

Training to be provided: Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI.
