We continue to grow and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization. This role is within the Systems\’ Manufacturing and Production group . A successful candidate is expected to: Perform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment. Perform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units. Perform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards. Align, adjust, and perform secondary machining as required. Work from drawings, specifications, and shop orders. Use required precision measuring instruments and gauging devices. Operate cranes, hoists, or lift tables. Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel. Keep accurate production records/logs. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules, ensuring team compliance. Protect the company\’s reputation by maintaining confidentiality. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies. Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications: No minimum education required. 1+ year of manufacturing experience or demonstrated competence. Intermediate mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Preferred Qualifications: Prior manufacturing experience. The pay range for this position is $18.50/hour. The base pay may vary depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
