Key Responsibilities Lead AI-driven innovation within customer success operations, optimising internal efficiency. Develop AI-powered solutions to proactively resolve customer inquiries. What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD is a plus! Experience 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on customer success or support. Proven success in driving operational improvements and cost reductions in software organizations. Experience leading AI transformation initiatives within customer success teams. Familiarity with customer support automation tools, ERP systems, and commercial improvement strategies. Skills & Knowledge Expertise in Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages. Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI applications in customer support. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and AI frameworks.
