We are collaborating with this organisation to identify a skilled Business Analyst with specialized knowledge in aviation. Job Description:

  • Possess hands-on experience with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline order management practices.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
  • Lead workshops and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user narratives.
