Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Zurich to support contingent recruitment hiring. On behalf of Zurich, AMS is looking for an Editorial Consultant for a 3-6 month contract based in London on a hybrid working basis.

Purpose of the Role:
In this role, you will join the Internal Communications team as an Editorial Consultant, helping to bring employee experiences to life through powerful storytelling. You will be central to capturing real stories from across the business and transforming them into engaging, impactful content that strengthens connection, promotes collaboration, and enhances the culture at Zurich.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with key stakeholders to identify and draft stories that bring Zurich's strategy to life, helping to engage employees in the company's strategic direction.
- Publishing stories across internal communications channels such as SharePoint, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Measuring the impact and effectiveness of published stories and using feedback to refine the approach accordingly.
- Proactively sourcing real employee stories from across the UK business via interviews, calls, and team connections.
- Turning conversations into compelling narratives using clear, engaging language.
- Simplifying complex ideas into easy-to-understand content that resonates with employees.
What we require from the candidate:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling content tailored to an internal audience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with grammar and punctuation of the highest standard.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and investigative skills - able to ask the right questions and uncover meaningful narratives.
- Confident, personable, and inquisitive, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with the financial services or insurance industry is a strong advantage.
