As a Client Advocate and Broking Assistant some of your key responsibilities will involve: Provide dedicated service to our UK Facultative production and placement teams Production of Facultative reinsurance slip contracts, endorsements and contacts load to core systems Compliance adherence Pro-active Bordereaux Management, where applicable Internal Collaboration across Aon Reinsurance Solutions globally Co-ordination with our Claims and Client Service team to ensure all facilities are managed internally to a high standard and Client Service standards. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the teams’ business. Supporting open market placements, including both International and London market accounts. Emphasis on the legal and contractual elements of a reinsurance contract. Manage and keep updated team worklists and pipeline sheet As a Senior Client Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Strong background of technical knowledge in Facultative business and at least three years’ experience in this area. This can either be from Fac account handling or working within insurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage own workload. Excellent query resolution skills. Ability to share knowledge with other colleagues. Awareness of market issues.
