The firm manages a portfolio of essential mid-market infrastructure businesses across the UK and Europe, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach to value creation. Key Responsibilities Support the active management of portfolio companies across sectors such as energy, transport, utilities, and essential services. Monitor and drive financial and operational performance of portfolio assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis. Prepare investment committee and board materials, including operational updates, performance reviews, and value enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to identify and implement operational improvements and growth opportunities. Assist in refinancing processes, bolt-on acquisitions, and other corporate development initiatives at the asset level. Candidate Profile 2–7 years of experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, Corporate Finance, or Project Finance within a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers. Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities, or capital-intensive sectors is highly desirable. Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
