Senior Manager Agency Services (Escrow & Capital Markets) Join to apply for the Senior Manager Agency Services (Escrow & Capital Markets) role at Apex Group Ltd Role Overview The role involves leading a team responsible for a portfolio of clients, including escrows, trusts, and corporate appointments. You will manage key client relationships, oversee service delivery, and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Trusts, you will collaborate with regional and legal teams to ensure compliance and excellence in service. Main Responsibilities Oversee and administer a portfolio of escrow and trust arrangements, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies. Review and approve transaction documentation, including trust deeds and escrow agreements, in collaboration with legal counsel. Manage and develop the team to ensure effective daily operations within legal and regulatory frameworks. Develop strong relationships with clients, law firms, and industry professionals to promote retention and growth. Provide technical leadership and support document and commercial negotiations. Support portfolio directors and ensure governance compliance. Contribute to profitability through appropriate fee setting, cost management, and revenue generation. Assist in evaluating and pricing new business opportunities. Ensure KPIs such as accuracy, timeliness, and service quality are met. Authorize payments and execute documents under powers of attorney or resolutions. Identify and report legal, regulatory, and client issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements Extensive experience reviewing escrow and capital markets documentation. Strong understanding of complex capital markets transactions. Strategic thinking, issue resolution, and solution implementation skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
