The position will design and test process upgrades to validate that product performance, quality standards and regulations are met. Changes to current processes will be effectively communicated and may include generating operating instructions, control documents, training, and necessary auxiliary equipment.

The Process Engineer's primary responsibility will be to assess and optimize current and future production throughput. The position will identify and implement process enhancements that may require project management, capital expenditure oversight, ideation, cost justification, design, vendor/contractor selection, installation, and maintenance planning. The position will interface with cross-functional leaders to assess the current processes and to collaborate on future process improvements. Current conditions and future improvements will keep safety and company culture in the forefront, while minimizing environmental impact.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate to various groups and levels within the organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Training
  • CAD experience is a plus
