Role Overview The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the team, sharing product knowledge, conducting coaching sessions, and ensuring smooth store operations. Flexibility with working hours, including late nights and early mornings, will be discussed during interviews. Key Responsibilities Lead daily team briefs, share KPIs, motivate the team Conduct store walks, monitor sales, understand visual merchandising Handle escalated customer complaints Achieve sales targets through effective selling Build strong customer relationships Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, cashing up, administrative duties, stock management, and security Candidate Profile Ideal candidates are passionate team players with experience in retail, especially with leading brands or consumer products.
