Key Responsibilities

• Assess firewall policies against security benchmarks and business needs
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to address threats and vulnerabilities
• Implement and manage firewall policies, coordinating with various stakeholders
• Analyse network traffic and audit logs for issue resolution
• Partner with Network Engineering for DMZ designs and deployments, with a special focus on F5 and load balancing solutions
• Enhance team performance through supporting tasks and fostering continuous improvement

What You Bring…

• 4+ years of expertise in firewall configuration and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on F5 and load balancing technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of network security concepts, systems, and related technologies (e.g., TCP, ARP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS)
• Proficiency in designing DMZ networks
• Knowledge of Cryptography and its practical applications
• Commitment to automating workflows for efficiency gains
• Programming skills in languages like Python, Ansible, and Golang
• A flexible, dependable team player, thriving in collaborative settings
