Hodge Jones & Allen LLP are looking to recruit a full time Paralegal for our Civil Liberties team.
We are seeking candidates with a commitment to upholding the rights of individuals, challenging state bodies and working in the legal aid sector. The successful candidate will be assisting two fee earners with complex caseloads consisting of inquests and actions against the police and other state bodies.
Applicants should have excellent communication and written skills and be able to work well under pressure. The role involves a significant amount of administrative tasks, including file maintenance and therefore requires good organisational skills.
Experience and an interest in human rights and/or campaigning experience is desirable.
Prior administrative experience and good computer skills are essential.
