Your Mission:
Build qualified pipeline and drive demand. That’s it. You’ll be the engine behind the lead generation strategy, combining hands-on marketing execution with data-driven insight to fuel commercial growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Demand Generation: Run multi-channel B2B lead gen across email, CRM, and LinkedIn
- Content + Campaigns: Write and repurpose content to engage senior decision-makers in Private Equity
- Nurture Flows: Build and optimise email/CRM sequences that move leads down the funnel
- Engagement: Use LinkedIn and content to build trust, spark interest and drive inbound activity
- Data & Testing: Continuously test, track, and improve performance across every campaign
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing or lead generation
- Confident creating campaign copy, emails, and landing pages
- Comfortable with CRM/email platforms, campaign tools and LinkedIn
- A natural self-starter who can run with ideas and make things happen
- Results-oriented – you measure what matters and optimise what doesn’t
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
Ideally you'll have experience with nature flows and automation, and/or a keen interest in AI tools and emerging market tech with some time in Hubspot/Salesforce, BUT! these aren't essential – if you have that go-getter, self-starter mindset, don't hold back.
