You will be part of the Global Alliances Team and own the partner and alliances strategy in your territory. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Recruiting and managing key Algolia partners across various categories—consulting firms (e.g. Accenture, Publicis, EPAM), advisory groups, system integrators, and technology companies (e-commerce platforms and complementary SaaS providers like Salesforce, Adobe, Commercetools, Amplience), also known as ISVs.
- Driving partner-sourced revenue in alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Owning your territory strategy (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with the autonomy to shape and execute your local partner development plan.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Executives, Partner Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align on priorities and advance partner opportunities.
- Generating incremental pipeline through joint initiatives with a select group of strategic partners.
- Building relationships across partner organizations, including Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams, to ensure mutual success.
- Creating and presenting detailed proposals for new and existing partnership programs, and advising on how to scale these partnerships effectively.
- Providing updates and insights to EMEA sales leadership on partnership performance and opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing to develop compelling co-branded materials, such as solution briefs, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and enablement content.
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Professional fluency in spoken and written German (required).
- A results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying Sales, Partner, Alliance, or Channel Manager role.
- A track record of building and nurturing strategic partner relationships.
- Experience executing joint co-selling and co-marketing activities with partners.
- Confidence in developing and contributing to thought leadership and marketing content (e.g. whitepapers, blog posts, competitive briefs).
- Experience in a SaaS Account Executive or similar sales role is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in high-growth, scale-up environments ($50M–$200M ARR), where agility and adaptability are key.
This role can be based remotely or hybrid within Germany, France, or the UK.
