Our Client is a globally recognised, successful bank who provide world-class services to various institutions and individuals. Offering a comprehensive range of retail and corporate financial services/products, this thriving business boasts over 10 million active customers in over 700 business locations. Due to business requirements, we are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Deputy Head, Corporate Banking. Please note that this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- As IT Application Support analyst, you would be expected to perform functional support duties and provide technical assistance to users on a range of core banking products, online banking products and other critical business applications.
- Carry out day to day support, maintenance/Upgrade and administration on all the bank’s application systems and interfaces.
- Resolve any application issues that does not involve coding.
- Investigate and resolve banking products end-user and system issues.
- Maintain existing and develop new Business Objects report as per business requirements.
- To provide Flexcube and Flexcube Direct Banking functional support to users how they interface to the banks application systems.
- Escalate issues to CTO & Deputy Chief Technology Officer where appropriate. Ensure support calls are logged, updated and followed through to resolution.
- Familiarity with source code and change management.
- Provide support for, and perform, monitor, the daily End-of-Day batch processing operation for Flexcube.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree educated. Computer Sciences or other related discipline is a must.
