A well-established Main Contractor (General Build, High Rise, Commercial, Education and Industrial) is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in their office in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work for a leader in the market with a portfolio of complex and niche projects.
The Role
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be actively preparing and managing forecasts, budgets and financial reports throughout different projects whilst negotiating and managing contracts. Also, you'll manage the procurement processes, including subcontractor management whilst working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide cost advice, risk assessments and support.
Required Skills / Experience
- Previous experience working in the within Construction or Civil Engineering is essential.
- Previous experience managing subcontractors.
- 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
