Shifts: 6 on / 4 off (8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to breakdowns
  • Support installations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects across the site
  • Carry out dynamic risk assessments and ensure safe working practices
  • Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and updates within the CMMS system
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on fault diagnosis and equipment performance
  • Monitor and manage stock of critical spares and consumables

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or a time-served apprenticeship (essential)
  • Additional qualifications such as HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong electrical knowledge, with experience in fault-finding and repairs
  • Familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills
