Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to breakdowns
- Support installations, upgrades, and refurbishment projects across the site
- Carry out dynamic risk assessments and ensure safe working practices
- Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and updates within the CMMS system
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with management on fault diagnosis and equipment performance
- Monitor and manage stock of critical spares and consumables
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or a time-served apprenticeship (essential)
- Additional qualifications such as HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong electrical knowledge, with experience in fault-finding and repairs
- Familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and teamwork skills
