White Glove 2nd Line IT Onsite Support – Global Law Firm – City of London

We are partnering with our client, a Global Law firm, as they look to recruit an experienced IT Support professional to join their London team. This team provides end to end onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office.

A leader in their sector they have been proud to announce that they further increased their multi-billion dollar global revenue by over 20% last year.

This is a varied front facing role, and you will be part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications and systems. Alongside troubleshooting issues, you will also be tasked with activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment and supporting AV requirements.

Proud of the white glove / hotel style experience they offer, you must have proven experience within a similar role, within a legal services environment.

In addition to supporting users and guests and their day to day needs you will also be invited to work on projects of varying sizes.

Skills and experience required:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in offering a wide range of technology support, including hardware, software, applications and AV in a legal or similar professional services environment
• Experience in offering face to face / deskside support
• Be able to evidence excellent customer care skills with experience in offering support up to Director Level
• Experience of working within the Legal sector

Due to the nature of the role there is a requirement to be onsite each day Monday to Friday. Unfortunately hybrid working is not an option.
