MICE Concierge Ltd, located in central Bedfordshire, are a leading full-service event services company providing a range of event services. We offer expertise in successfully managing and executing a range of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for corporate and Association clients.

We use EventsAir extensively for all our services and are the only Gold Partner for this Enterprise level event technology in the EMEA region.
We are currently seeking a full-time Conference and Events Manager to get involved with all our event services with specific responsibility for our range of services such as onsite registration and badging and using the EventsAir platform to build registration platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering event services on time and in compliance with established quality standards. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts, handling accommodation bookings, venue sourcing, using event technology to deliver our full range of services and managing logistics.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience of project managing in-person, virtual and/or hybrid events.
- Familiarity with current event technology such as EventsAir or Cvent.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be someone who is able to commute to the office with the opportunity for hybrid working being considered when training is completed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services
- Managing conference accommodation programmes
- Building event apps and registration platforms in EventsAir
- Running onsite registration and badging desks both in the UK and overseas (as required)
- Using EventsAir to deliver virtual conferences and support the delivery of our other services
- Virtual conference production and hosting
- Upselling additional services to enhance conference experiences
- Using event technology
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and smooth operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £33,000 subject to experience.
