Sentara is hiring a Medical Dosimetrist at Sentara Brock Cancer Center in Norfolk, Virginia. This position is ONSITE in Norfolk, Virginia.
Job Description: Measures and calculates radiation dose and develops the optimal arrangement of radiation fields and exposures to treat patients under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist. Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Dosimetry or Radiology Technology REQUIRED
Certification/Licensure:
- ARRT Certification REQUIRED
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist Certification REQUIRED
Experience: 5 years Radiation Therapy experience REQUIRED
