About the Role We seek an experienced SAP SCM/LE/WM Specialist to join our team. This role involves implementing and optimizing SAP Supply Chain modules across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams to design, develop, and deploy SAP LE/WM/EWM solutions to enhance business processes and logistics integration. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP SCM/LE/WM implementations, including blueprinting, gap analysis, design, testing, and support. Manage integration with external TMS systems and 3PL providers via EDI. Automate warehouse and production receipt processes with RF functionality in SAP. Develop expertise in delivery and shipment processing, shipment costs, and accruals. Oversee SAP LE/WM/EWM integration with PP, MM, and SD modules. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to meet business needs. Gather requirements and design functional enhancements. Work with IT teams on SAP system integration and troubleshooting. Create functional specifications, cost estimates, and solutions proposals. Provide user training, support, and documentation. Lead cross-functional communication and guide teams in SAP process optimization. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years in SAP Supply Chain, focusing on SAP LE/WM/EWM modules. At least 3 SAP SCM/LE/WM end-to-end implementations, including SD and PP integration. 5+ years as an SAP LE/WM functional or techno-functional consultant. Hands-on experience with SAP LE/WM/EWM processes and external system integration. Experience with SAP and TMS integration. Knowledge of logistics in EMEA and North America. Basic ABAP debugging skills are a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience leading teams and managing SAP integrations.
