Built Different is a fast-growing e-commerce apparel brand focused on plus-size men with stylish, comfortable, and confidence-boosting clothing. We’re now seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to join our team, drive our product strategy, manage successful launches, and optimise our Shopify platform.

As our Product Merchandiser, you will collaborate closely with our fractional Head of Product to develop and execute our product roadmap, plan strategic launches, and oversee product-related activities on our Shopify store.

  • Product Roadmap & Launch Planning: Partner closely with our fractional Head of Product to create and manage a detailed product roadmap and ensure smooth execution of weekly new product launches.
  • Shopify Management: Ensure accurate and timely uploading of products and manage the visual merchandising of our Shopify store to maximise customer engagement and conversion. Manage pricing strategies effectively, ensuring excellent understanding of product margins, profitability, and overall unit economics.
  • Sales Event Coordination: Strategically manage high-impact sales events including Black Friday, Father’s Day, and other promotional campaigns to drive significant revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Collection & Inventory Management: Curate and optimise product collections, working closely with our operations team to align inventory availability with projected demand. Continuously refresh and update our Shopify store to reflect current sales, promotions, and new product launches.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, commercially-driven product merchandiser with a strong e-commerce background and proven ability to manage successful product launches and promotions. Demonstrable experience managing product merchandising and launches within Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of margins, pricing structures, and overall unit economics. Experience coordinating impactful email marketing campaigns and promotional sales events.
