A 3rd line support, SME Apple Mac Engineer, with SC clearance, is sought to join a specialist End User Compute (EUC) IT services provider, leading the modernisation of secure digital workplaces for high profile UK Central Government organisations.
We are seeking candidates with expert level Apple Mac skills across OS issues, software deployments and security updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Tech support and troubleshooting Apple Mac systems
- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) with Jamf Pro & Workspace ONE (Airwatch)
- Project work across cyber security, hardware refreshes & system integrations
- Advanced knowledge of Jamf Pro (bonus points for Jamf 200/300 Certification)
- Proficiency with Apple Business Manager, ADE (formerly DEP) and VPP
- Extensive experience with macOS, including troubleshooting Apple devices
- Bash scripting proficiency
- Omnissa Workspace ONE / WS1 - (formerly Airwatch) - highly desirable
