We operate in over 10 European countries with a strong e-commerce presence, driven by core values of community and purpose. Role Summary While each of our brands in Europe manages its own buying, merchandising, and selling, many functions are centralized within our Shared Services division, including Finance, IT, Logistics, and more. Due to growth in the UK and Europe, we are expanding our EU Finance team to support inventory processes previously managed in North America. The role is based at our London Head Office, with stakeholders across Merchandising, Retail, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, and Tech. What You\’ll Be Doing Managing annual store stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting, coordinating with stores and PFC. Providing inventory reports and insights, including damages. Driving process improvements such as Return to Vendor (RTV). Supporting store processes like price reductions, cycle counts, and shrink write-offs. Resolving stock in transit issues and handling transfer, delivery, and RTV queries. Supporting PFC with issue resolution and system accuracy reporting. Ensuring accurate receipting of Dropship POs. Assisting with statutory audits and supporting Loss Prevention investigations. What You\’ll Need We value passion for building relationships and supporting the business.
