THE POSITION Are you ready to lead the launch of an innovative rare disease treatment within the IOMH* franchise? We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to shape and deliver the commercial strategy for a high-impact brand. This is a unique opportunity to drive a reimbursed launch, engage with key stakeholders, and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. As Business Lead, you will take full ownership of the brand, combining face-to-face engagement in priority accounts with a digital-first go-to-market approach. You’ll be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution. This is a 2-year Fixed Term Contract role. Key Responsibilities Lead the reimbursed launch of a rare disease asset within the IOMH franchise. Define and implement the commercial strategy aligned with brand objectives and budget. Develop high-quality, insight-driven key account plans. Build advocacy and engagement with system stakeholders. Identify and address prescribing barriers and market access challenges (e.g., formulary listings, local protocols). Champion digital transformation and innovation in customer engagement. Collaborate with international colleagues to align on strategic priorities. Manage the promotional budget effectively. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, ABPI, and company standards. Requirements Proven experience in both marketing and sales, ideally with launch execution. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Experience in digital marketing is a plus. Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, experts, and advocacy groups. Results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable. Experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets. Therapeutic area experience (e.g., immunology, oncology, mental health) is advantageous.
