Requirements:

  • 9+ years in analytics or data engineering, with deep SQL and dbt expertise (Python/R a bonus).
  • Experience in a fast-growing D2C brand.
  • Strong commercial acumen – comfortable working across CAC, LTV, churn, forecasting, etc.
