Senior Architect

Join a global design led Architecture firm at the forefront of retail, hospitality and cultural projects across the world. Our client is expanding their South West London branch due to a spike in Architectural projects in China. If you're a Senior Architect/ Designer with experience across design focused, large scale projects on an international scale, i'd love to hear from you!

Predominantly you will be focused across design phases 0-3 on projects ranging from 150,000 – 800,000 sqm however, a degree of technical understanding on delivering innovative projects will be essential.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Revit or Rhino
• Mandarin language skills is a huge bonus given the clientele.
• 6+ years’ experience delivering mixed-use, large-scale projects; ideally with experience in China or the middle east.
• Confidence assisting associates in the design and production of complex architectural or interior projects
• Proven ability to lead SD & DD package delivery
• Experience coordinating with LDIs and external consultants
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Additional software experience (Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD) is beneficial
• A fluid approach to creativity and technical design
