Roles We’re Hiring For:

Planning Engineers – Build and manage schedules, support project delivery

Senior Planners – Lead planning strategy and stakeholder engagement

Planning Managers – Oversee full project planning functions, guide teams, and influence at programme level

Client-Facing Roles – Embedded in delivery teams or delivering from a consultancy position

What You’ll Be Doing (Depending on Level)

• Build and optimise schedules across full project lifecycles using Primavera P6
• Create insightful dashboards, forecasts, and earned value reporting
• Engage with stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Validate subcontractor plans, manage risk, and maintain programme control
• Integrate multiple disciplines into one coherent master schedule

What You Bring

• Experience in planning for infrastructure, engineering, construction, or defence
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (MS Project knowledge a plus)
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, earned value, and performance reporting
• Strong communication and leadership skills at all levels
• A collaborative mindset with high attention to detail
