Molton Brown is an icon of uniquely British style with a global presence in Kao’s cosmetics portfolio. The brand offers signature fragrances, bath and shower gels, home and hand care luxuries, and experiences across stores, travel retail, luxury department stores and hotels.

We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultants in our John Lewis, Oxford concession. These are part-time opportunities, working 15 and 17.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers
  • Use a personalized selling approach and manage the customer journey from start to finish
  • Deliver sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages
  • Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment
