We are looking for a proactive and experienced Group Finance Manager to lead and develop a high-performing AP function. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate operations that support both internal teams and external partners. You\’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, building strong stakeholder relationships, and mentoring a dedicated AP team to deliver best-in-class service. Main responsibilities of the role: Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and timely, accurate processing of payments. Manage complex invoices, vendor setups, payment runs, and OCR inboxes, ensuring adherence to agreed terms. Lead and support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the AP Project Manager, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency and control costs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve discrepancies and improve Procure-to-Pay workflows. Train, mentor, and develop AP staff, maintaining up-to-date training materials and supporting professional growth. Monitor KPIs, contribute to cash flow forecasting, engage with audits, and ensure strong internal controls and policy adherence across all entities.
