We’re supporting a global financial institution in the build-out of a new Analytics Centre of Excellence. This team is responsible for setting the standards for how analytics is governed, developed, and scaled across all EMEA entities.

This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of regulatory, business and strategic priorities, including BCBS 239 compliance and ECB onboarding, while supporting the creation of an Analytics Governance Framework to extend existing data governance practices across key metrics, dashboards, reports, and models.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BCBS 239 experience, ideally in a financial services or banking environment
  • Background in Analytics Governance or EUC (End-User Computing) governance
  • Strong exposure to Collibra (cataloguing tools are essential)
  • A solid understanding of how analytics products are developed and managed
  • The ability to engage stakeholders across business units and regions
  • Experience cataloguing and remediating Key Data Outputs (KDOs)

You’ll be working closely with contractors and colleagues across Risk, Finance, Compliance, Front and Back Office – helping identify what the business is producing, whether it’s regulatory, operational or strategic, and applying the right governance approach. This is a truly cross-functional role with a broad remit and greenfield scope.

If you’ve got the blend of governance and analytics experience – whether you started in analytics and moved into governance, or vice versa – we’d love to hear from you.
