As Admissions Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the admissions team, driving a high-performing, responsive function
- Manage the full application lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment for Year 7–Sixth Form
- Build great relationships with prospective families, local schools, and education partners
- Own key events like open days, school tours, and student recruitment fairs
- Collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns to grow visibility and engagement
- Ensure student records are accurate across systems and support UKVI compliance
- Monitor and report on application numbers, conversion rates, and progress to targets
- Work closely with the leadership team to shape and improve admissions strategy
What we’re looking for:
