As Admissions Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop the admissions team, driving a high-performing, responsive function
  • Manage the full application lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment for Year 7–Sixth Form
  • Build great relationships with prospective families, local schools, and education partners
  • Own key events like open days, school tours, and student recruitment fairs
  • Collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns to grow visibility and engagement
  • Ensure student records are accurate across systems and support UKVI compliance
  • Monitor and report on application numbers, conversion rates, and progress to targets
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape and improve admissions strategy
