The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals focused on new business
- Own and drive the full sales strategy and operational performance
- Build a high performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Identify areas for growth using data and white space analysis
- Support pipeline development with insight-led sales coaching and planning
- Deliver accurate forecasting and CRM discipline across the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team to hit monthly and annual targets
- Develop KPIs and productivity metrics for continuous performance improvement
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to drive lead quality and conversion
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top commercial talent
- Run pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and sales training sessions
- Deliver presentations and demos to support senior-level opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene and support accurate reporting to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong track record of hitting/exceeding team targets
- Data-driven mindset and solid command of CRM and sales metrics
- Confident, strategic communicator who can influence and inspire
- Comfortable in fast-paced, target-oriented sales environments
- Able to be in the Sheffield office 3 days per week (hybrid working model)
The Offer:
- £80,000 base salary + commission (uncapped – realistic OTE £120k+)
