Job Title: Graphic Designer & Customer Service Associate Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer with strong Adobe Photoshop skills and a passion for delivering excellent face-to-face customer service. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design work and direct interaction with clients or customers in a retail, studio, or service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Use Adobe Photoshop to create and edit images, graphics, and promotional materials. Retouch photos, design layouts, and prepare visual assets for both digital and print use. Engage with customers in-person to understand their design needs, provide creative input, and ensure satisfaction with final products. Provide friendly, helpful service and build strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual content. Troubleshoot customer issues and offer creative solutions promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop (minimum 5 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face customer service. A portfolio showcasing Photoshop-based design and photo editing work. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work well under pressure. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
