The Opportunity
One of the industry’s most respected quant trading firms is building out a new division focused on signal monetization—and they’re looking for a visionary leader to own and drive the build. As Head of Monetization, you’ll design the strategy, hire and lead a world-class team, and work at the bleeding edge of predictive signal deployment across exchange-traded markets (equities & futures). Your remit: extract maximum value from powerful alpha signals across time horizons spanning minutes to days. This is a rare greenfield mandate at an elite firm that already has deep predictive research, infrastructure, and execution muscle in place. They’re now investing heavily in optimizing the final leg of the stack: monetization.
What You’ll Own
- Architect the firmwide monetization strategy for alpha signals across global listed markets
- Leverage deep exchange microstructure knowledge (CME, ICE, Eurex) to maximize signal efficacy and execution alpha
- Build and lead a dedicated monetization group; attract and mentor top-tier quant talent
- Partner with strategy and execution teams to create monetization-aware model development pipelines
- Translate world-class research into repeatable, scalable, and risk-adjusted return engines
