Tax Accountant with International Law Firm

6-12 Months Contract (Negotiable)

2 days-a-week working from home

Tax Accountant Duties:

  • Prepare and submit partnership and corporation tax returns, liaising with external advisors
  • UK and overseas VAT returns maintaining compliance
  • Work closely with Senior Tax colleagues to calculate Partner tax reserves and bi-annual preparations of Partner tax payments
  • Assist with cashflow forecasting in relation to tax payments
  • Provide a strong and up-to-date understanding of tax legislation and compliance and any changes in these areas
  • Ad hoc projects

Tax Accountant Experience:

  • APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM
  • CTA qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part-qualified
  • Evidence of partnership tax knowledge and SRA regulations
  • Experience with 3E is highly desirable
