You will be part of the Major Incident Contingency team, developing plans to enhance regional preparedness for major incidents affecting wind farms and subsea cables. The role requires managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-portfolio vessel and spare parts agreements. Key Responsibilities Identify priorities in contingency planning based on portfolio risk assessments Establish governance and management plans for contingency projects Set up regional cable contingency projects and define support levels Participate in emergency response teams to improve lessons learned Develop and maintain contingency processes, policies, and templates Candidate Profile Strong technical background (engineering qualification or similar) and good commercial understanding Preferably 5+ years of operational experience with offshore cables or relevant offshore electrical engineering Solid project management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and technical teams Experience with risk or contingency management is a plus Additional Information Some travel may be required.
