We are hiring for an exciting start-up the Head of Financial Analysis – Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the Head of Financial Analysis will lead all analytical functions across investment appraisal, project finance, M&A, and fundraising. You will deliver robust valuation methodologies, and deliver high-quality insights to guide strategic decision-making. This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial engine of a business at the forefront of renewable energy infrastructure. Role: Lead the design and execution of detailed financial models for energy projects (BESS, solar, wind) Provide critical insights to support acquisitions, project development, strategic partnerships, and capital raising Conduct in-depth valuation and scenario analysis across a wide range of deal structures and market conditions Present financial insights to the Board, investors, and lenders translating complexity into clear, actionable intelligence Build, mentor, and manage as the team grows Refine investment processes, forecasting tools, and internal reporting frameworks Ideal profile: 10+ years’ experience in financial analysis, investment, or project finance within the renewable energy or infrastructure space Deep knowledge of financial modelling for utility-scale energy projects, including debt structures, PPA modelling, and route-to-market strategies from the Big 4 Strong grasp of UK and international renewables markets, regulatory frameworks, and energy economics Experience of working in UAE markets and willing to travel is essential
