Are you passionate about helping people access the most appropriate support at critical times in their lives? Do you have experience in either housing and/or benefits and money matters? The Temporary Accommodation team is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to lead income management work with our tenants. This will involve telephone and face-to-face work, close collaboration with colleagues in Housing and Benefits teams, and a focus on customer service. If you are interested in achieving the best outcomes for our residents in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you. What will you be doing? The role involves making early contact with those at risk of falling behind, helping them access the benefits they are entitled to, and working to maximise their income. You will also be responsible for developing effective debt recovery plans and supporting tenants on their journey towards financial stability. At West Northants Council, it’s about our people.
