A leading global sports and entertainment brand is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the next phase of its digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to lead product development across key commercial areas, including e-commerce, ticketing, hospitality, and publishing, for a high-profile organisation with an engaged global audience.
You’ll join a fast-moving digital platforms team within a commercially ambitious organisation, playing a key leadership role in shaping products that connect millions of fans with unforgettable experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in the digital environment - any sales experience is a bonus!
- Proven experience within complex, multi-channel environments.
- Line management of 3 PMs+ with proven ability to manage and scale high-performing product teams.
- Strong experience in web technologies, software stack and microservice architectures.
- Ability to present to Senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with third-party vendors and external suppliers.
- Track record of delivering large-scale digital projects on time and on budget, with documented technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the roadmap across digital revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial KPIs.
- Oversee large-scale digital programmes using SAFe Agile practices, delivering high-quality, impactful products.
- Lead and develop Product Managers, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Work closely with commercial, technology, marketing, and operational teams to align on priorities and remove delivery blockers.
- Leverage data, research, and market insight to identify product opportunities that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
