The business is growing rapidly and in order to keep driving this growth, they are seeking an individual who can drive the strategy and get things done! This is a highly autonomous role in a high-performance but supportive culture.
What You'll Be Doing:As Area Manager, you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region. You will also:
- Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
- Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
- Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
