Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Services division on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role will involve the administration of a varied client portfolio, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong risk awareness, organisational skills, and a keen ability to manage relationships and contractual obligations, while also assisting in the supervision and development of junior staff. Job Duties: Administer and monitor a diverse portfolio of client entities, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery Oversee billing processes, focusing on recoverability and reducing write-offs Conduct client structure reviews and complete required processes with awareness of risk exposure Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations and internal policies Support management with the preparation and review of reports for internal meetings Review and interpret legal and tax advice relevant to client matters Maintain accurate central diary systems for team deadlines and deliverables Provide a professional service to clients and intermediaries Ensure accurate and current records of all client entities, complying with statutory requirements Review client accounts and financial information Supervise and assist with the training, appraisal, and performance management of junior team members Monitor and delegate work within the team, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines Promote additional services to existing clients and identify opportunities for new business Support retention of existing clients through effective administration and relationship management Ensure compliance with AML legislation and regulatory requirements Maintain CPD in line with qualification level and internal policies Act in accordance with the organisation\’s core values and behaviours Deputise for the line manager as required Undertake any additional duties assigned by management Job Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines Capable of guiding and mentoring junior colleagues Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated environment Professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA, STEP) preferred but not essential What You\’ll Love: Our client is a well-established provider of institutional client services, known for their supportive, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering excellence.
