We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to oversee the performance and operation of our client's Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the usage and performance of the Salesforce CRM platform within the organization
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the company’s needs and objectives
- Train staff on how to use Salesforce and create user-friendly documentation and training materials
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track business metrics
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships
- Work closely with various teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively integrated with other systems
- Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-up
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM features and functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
