An agency that represents a well-known mix of skincare, healthcare and wellness clients is on the lookout for an Account Director after a raft of new client wins this week. The agency has a team of 20 who produce layered, considered, creative and SEO informed work for their brands. To be considered you'll require relevant experience within a PR agency.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train, and manage juniors
  • Develop and execute integrated PR/communications strategies for high-profile accounts across beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to meet client objectives
  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that integrate digital, print, social media, influencer outreach, PR initiatives, and events
  • Offer creative direction for impactful events
  • Create activations with key opinion leaders, using these experiences to strengthen brand credibility and visibility
  • Lead influencer relations campaigns
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
