An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a standalone Payroll & Benefits Specialist to take the reins and make a real impact. You'll take full ownership of payroll operations for both the UK (around 350 employees) and the Republic of Ireland, while also steering the coordination of a wide range of employee benefits.

  • Run end-to-end payroll for the UK and Republic of Ireland, ensuring every detail is spot-on.
  • Guarantee compliance with all PAYE legislation and statutory regulations including SSP, SMP, SPP, and auto-enrolment.
  • Use ADP systems to deliver timely and accurate payroll cycles.
  • Oversee benefits including pension schemes, private medical insurance, and car fleet administration.
  • Respond to payroll queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Create insightful payroll reports to inform decision-making.

You're an experienced payroll professional with at least five years of hands-on experience, particularly in processing UK payroll independently. You bring a deep understanding of statutory requirements and benefits management, and you’re no stranger to payroll platforms like ADP.
