Dynamic, talented, and experienced CNC Machinists needed to set-up and operate Mori Seiki multi-axis lathe machines utilizing Fanuc controls. As an addition to our team, you will work with exotic metals in a highly technical and close tolerance CNC Lathe operation. Company Overview B&G Manufacturing Company, Inc. located in Hatfield, PA, specializes in manufacturing and supplying complex machined products for the energy, medical, oil & gas, and aerospace & defense industries. Requirements for Success At least 3+ years of CNC multi-axis full set-up experience. Experience with quality control precision measures. Ability to perform routine calculations and use analytical skills to determine root causes of problems. Training in CNC machine operations. Training and experience using G-Code, Master CAM, and/or ESPRIT software. What You Will Do Set up CNC Mori Seiki Lathe equipment, including entering instructions, setting tools, offsets, and proving programs. Verify settings by measuring positions and sample workpieces, adhering to standards. Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations. Document actions, irregularities, and needs to complete work activities.
