A leading architectural practice in London is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join their innovative and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital design professional with strong Revit and data management skills to take on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking studio environment.

The Role

The BIM Manager will act as a key figure in the development and implementation of the practice’s digital strategy. Working closely with the central BIM leadership, the role involves supporting project teams, optimising workflows, and ensuring high standards in digital delivery across all stages of design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination within the studio using Revit and related tools
  • Support project teams in applying best practices in digital design and data management
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and resources
  • Collaborate with other BIM leaders to shape firm-wide digital strategy
  • Provide training and guidance on digital tools and workflows
  • Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the production of digital information

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture or BIM
  • Excellent professional knowledge of Autodesk Revit and design tools
  • Broad knowledge of digital collaboration workflow is required
  • Experience conducting training is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience in a BIM environment
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic design thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – professional English, written and verbal
  • The right to work in the UK
